As a last requirement for my Hotel Management career (at USB), I've got to work in a restaurant made and managed by the students ourselves! I started my practices today as a waitress, and dare I say, I'm the clumsiest one in the bunch... I've dropped a few dishes (thank God they were plastic!) and a tray fell off my hands. Fortunately, we haven't opened to the public yet, we'll do so in 4 more weeks when we get the hang of it.

I did excel in table arranging, so it wasn't THAAAT bad. But I still need practice. Any tips, in case any of you happens to work in the restaurant business?

School's out for the summer...and now I have not much to do at home. Luckily, I won't relent to that, and I've started looking for a summer job. For now, I've applied for a Phone Operator at a bank, in a catering service, and in a beauty salon :( 

My writing is currently re-starting. I'm brainstorming some ideas, so I'll start putting something in FictionPress, I hope. And my V.C. Andrews fansite has been revamped with lots of new things. Yey!
